Our client is seeking a Technical Consultant (Cloud & Managed Services) to join their team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in technical consulting while providing first-line support and supervised installation and configuration of the Oracle Primavera toolset, including P6 EPPM/PPM and related products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support for clients using the Oracle Primavera toolset.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of Primavera products under supervision.
- Build foundational knowledge in the Primavera/Project Controls stack and supporting cloud environments such as OCI and Azure.
- Ensure quality client outcomes are delivered within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with senior consultants to learn best practices and improve technical skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of cloud environments, preferably OCI or Azure.
- Familiarity with project management tools, particularly Oracle Primavera, is a plus but not essential.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a technical support or consulting role is preferred, but entry-level candidates with a strong interest in technology are encouraged to apply.
