We are seeking a Senior SQA Engineer (Supplier Technical Support) to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary technical interface between our client and suppliers, ensuring the quality and reliability of products delivered to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with suppliers to develop and implement quality assurance processes.
- Conduct supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Analyze supplier performance data and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including test plans and reports.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Provide technical support during the onboarding of new suppliers and products.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and tools.
- Experience with supplier management and technical support.
- Proficiency in testing frameworks and automation tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with suppliers and internal teams.
