Our client is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead their Pipeline team. This role is crucial in overseeing the development and optimization of their AI Software Delivery Platform, ensuring seamless integration and delivery processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers focused on pipeline development and deployment.
- Drive the design and implementation of robust CI/CD processes to enhance software delivery efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Identify bottlenecks in the development process and implement solutions to improve overall workflow.
- Ensure application security and reliability throughout the deployment pipeline.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software engineering and team management.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices.
- Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS or Azure.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a management role.
