Our client is seeking a Service Desk Analyst L0 on a contract basis to join their team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing first-level support to users, ensuring that all incidents and service requests are addressed promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as necessary.
- Assist in the onboarding of new employees by setting up accounts and providing initial training on IT systems.
- Maintain knowledge base articles and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic understanding of ITIL processes and service desk operations.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and common software applications.
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in a service desk or technical support role is preferred.
