About this role
Our client is seeking a Service Desk Analyst L0 on a contract basis to join their team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will provide first-level support to users, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Log and track incidents using the ticketing system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams as necessary.
- Assist in maintaining documentation related to support processes and procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to users on software applications and tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of ITIL framework and service desk operations.
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in a service desk or technical support role.
