About this role
Our client is seeking an experienced Professional UI/UX Designer & Web Developer to create a premium, modern website for their company, Synaptic Media, which specializes in IT, Digital Marketing, and AI Solutions. The ideal candidate or team will be responsible for designing and developing a unique website that reflects a strong, modern, intelligent, and trustworthy brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design a complete custom UI/UX in Figma for approval before development.
- Develop a fully custom-coded website that adheres to the approved design.
- Ensure the website is responsive across mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms.
- Implement fast loading times and an SEO-friendly structure.
- Create clean animations and a smooth user experience.
- Integrate strong call-to-actions for lead generation and professional service presentation.
- Include essential pages: Home, Services, About Us, Portfolio/Case Studies, Contact Us, and an optional Blog/Insights section.
- Provide a complete Figma design file and source code upon completion.
- Support deployment and live website setup.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in UI/UX design and custom web development.
- Proficiency in Figma for design purposes.
- Experience with clean, custom-coded technologies (no templates or AI-generated solutions).
- Ability to follow brand guidelines strictly, including colors, typography, and overall positioning.
- Portfolio showcasing examples of custom-designed Figma websites developed by the applicant.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in UI/UX design and web development.
