We are seeking a Senior Product Technical Leader for our R&D Mechatronics team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the technical development of mechatronic products, ensuring alignment with our vision of creating greener and safer mobility solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical direction and development of mechatronic products from concept to production.
- Manage the R&D Mechatronics budget for your project, including consolidation and management of resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product specifications meet market needs and regulatory requirements.
- Drive innovation by applying advanced engineering principles and methodologies in mechatronics.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in product development within the automotive industry, specifically in mechatronics.
- Strong knowledge of mechatronic systems, control systems, and embedded systems.
- Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage budgets and timelines.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
