Our client is seeking a Senior SQL / Azure Data Factory Developer for a 6-month contract-to-hire position that is fully remote. The ideal candidate will possess a strong presence and be a clear communicator with a sharp analytical mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for large-scale batch processing.
- Design and implement enterprise data platforms tailored to business needs.
- Build and maintain Azure Data Factory pipelines to facilitate data integration workflows.
- Create and deploy database-hosted APIs to enhance data accessibility.
- Conduct data analysis and transformation, ensuring high-quality ETL processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SQL development.
- Proven expertise in Azure Data Factory and related data integration tools.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
Experience: 5-8 years in SQL development and data engineering.
