Our client is seeking a Junior Web Developer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with development teams and product managers to ideate and implement software solutions. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable software solutions using Ruby on Rails as the core technology stack.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with teams to understand project requirements and contribute to software design.
- Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails.
- Utilize Docker containers for efficient environment management and deployment.
- Test software to ensure responsiveness, efficiency, and quality.
- Implement and maintain database solutions using MySQL and PostgreSQL.
- Develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle challenges in development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Ruby on Rails.
- Experience with Docker for containerization.
- Familiarity with MySQL and PostgreSQL databases.
- Strong understanding of web development principles and practices.
- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
