About this role
Our client is seeking an experienced Ironclad Developer to design, develop, and maintain contract lifecycle management (CLM) solutions using the Ironclad platform. This is a remote contract position based in India. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring workflows, building integrations, and automating legal and business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and implement Ironclad CLM solutions based on business requirements.
- Build and customize workflows to streamline contract management processes.
- Integrate Ironclad with other business systems and tools.
- Automate legal and business processes to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Ironclad implementations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with the Ironclad platform and its capabilities.
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management principles.
- Proficiency in configuring workflows and building integrations.
- Familiarity with automation tools and techniques in a legal context.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in developing and implementing CLM solutions.
