Our client is seeking an experienced App Dev Architect (.NET) for a contract position based in India. This role is crucial for the modernization and transformation of legacy enterprise systems into scalable, cloud-native .NET 8 microservices. As the technical anchor for a critical migration initiative, you will play a key role in re-architecting complex Oracle PL/SQL business logic into modern applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of cloud-native applications using .NET 8.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to microservices architecture.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
- Ensure best practices in software development and system architecture are followed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in .NET development, particularly with .NET 8.
- Proven expertise in microservices architecture and cloud technologies.
- Solid understanding of Oracle PL/SQL and experience in migrating business logic.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and experience in stakeholder management.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in application development and architecture roles, with a focus on .NET technologies.
