Our client is seeking a skilled Wireless Network Engineer to join their team in Pune on a contract basis with a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining wireless networks to ensure optimal performance and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement wireless network solutions tailored to client needs.
- Conduct site surveys and analyze RF coverage for optimal placement of access points.
- Troubleshoot and resolve wireless connectivity issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate wireless solutions with existing infrastructure.
- Monitor network performance and implement enhancements as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest wireless technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in wireless network engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Wi-Fi standards (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax) and wireless security protocols.
- Proficiency with network design tools and RF planning software.
- Experience with Cisco, Aruba, or similar wireless technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
