About this role
Our client is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to support Application Management Services (AMS) engagements for global clients. The role focuses on L2/L3 production support, incident and problem management, minor enhancements, and continuous improvement in a SLA-driven, ITIL-based support environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP FI and CO modules.
- Resolve incidents, service requests, and defects within defined SLAs.
- Manage problem resolution processes and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
- Implement minor enhancements to existing SAP FICO functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Document support processes and maintain knowledge base for future reference.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in SAP FICO modules (Financial Accounting and Controlling).
- Proficiency in incident and problem management within an ITIL framework.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in SAP FICO consulting and support roles.
