Our client is seeking a skilled Web Developer to join their team on a 6-month contract basis. This position is fully remote and open to candidates based in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development, particularly with React and WordPress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using React and WordPress.
- Create custom themes and hooks for WordPress.
- Manage server administration tasks on platforms like Netlify and WPEngine.
- Collaborate with team members through Git for version control and code reviews.
- Implement and integrate REST and/or GraphQL APIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in React and WordPress development.
- Experience with NodeJS and server administration.
- Strong understanding of Git branching and code review processes.
- Familiarity with REST and GraphQL API integration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in web development.
