About this role
Our client is seeking IT Recruiters to join their team through a walk-in drive. The successful candidates will manage the entire hiring lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding for domestic IT requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using diverse channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards like Naukri, and internal databases.
- Conduct technical screenings to evaluate candidates' skills in areas including Data/AI (GCP, AWS, Azure, Snowflake, ML, Gen-AI), Digital Engineering (Java, UI, Mobility, Python), and DevOps.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide updates on recruitment progress.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates to create a talent pipeline.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT recruitment with a strong understanding of technical roles.
- Familiarity with various sourcing tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years in IT recruitment or related fields.
