About this role
Our client is seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join their team on a contract basis. This is a fully remote opportunity, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using .NET Core/.NET 6 and C#.
- Create and integrate REST APIs to enhance system functionality.
- Implement and manage cloud-based solutions on Azure, utilizing services such as Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, Azure Event Grid, Azure Storage, Azure App Services, and Azure Key Vault.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing backend systems for performance and scalability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with .NET Core/.NET 6 and C#.
- Proven track record in REST API design and integration.
- Hands-on experience or strong understanding of Microservices Architecture (MCP) concepts.
- Proficiency in Azure cloud development and services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in backend development and cloud solutions.
