Our client is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team at ARK Tech Park, HSR Layout, Bangalore. This is a full-time position that offers a hybrid work model, allowing you to work three days in the office and two days remotely. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in scaling our client's outbound sales efforts in the data analytics and AI services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through research and outreach.
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, and social media to generate interest in our client’s services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Assist in the development of sales materials and presentations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales development or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation software.
- A passion for technology, data analytics, and AI services.
