Our client is seeking a Senior UX Designer Specialist for their Tools and Automation team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and architecting innovative UI/UX solutions that enhance and automate processes within the organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that user experiences are seamless and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop user interfaces that facilitate automation of processes.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve designs.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement design solutions.
- Review and provide feedback on design work from team members to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX design and automation tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in UX design, particularly in tools and automation.
- Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in UX design.
