Our client is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with expertise in Java and mobile technologies (Android/iOS/Kotlin) to join their team in Nagpur. This role requires a blend of technical leadership and project management skills to drive successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage software engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Oversee the development and deployment of enterprise-grade Java Spring Boot microservices on AWS.
- Ensure high-quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 10 years in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a technical leadership or engineering management role.
- Proven experience with Java, Spring Boot, and AWS.
- Strong knowledge of mobile development for Android and iOS using Kotlin.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
