Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their ITSM needs and design tailored solutions using ServiceNow.
- Implement and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
- Provide technical guidance and support during the deployment of ServiceNow solutions.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and IT staff on ServiceNow functionalities.
- Analyze and optimize existing ITSM processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to advise clients effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with ServiceNow ITSM implementation and customization.
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and best practices.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in IT service management, with a focus on ServiceNow.
