Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Design and implement microservices architecture for telecom applications.
- Oversee the development process and ensure adherence to best practices in coding and design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the development and production environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Java and core best practices.
- Proficiency in Spring Boot, including MVC, Data, and Cloud modules.
- Experience with microservices architecture design and implementation.
- Familiarity with Kafka for event streaming and real-time data pipelines.
- Knowledge of Redis for caching and data storage solutions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Experience:
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in software development and team leadership, preferably in the telecom domain.
