About this role

Our client is seeking a skilled and service-oriented Support Engineer to join their End-User Computing (EUC) team. In this role, you will provide support for end-user computing environments, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. You will be instrumental in supporting end-user devices, resolving technical issues, and enhancing the overall user experience across a hybrid environment of macOS, Windows, and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support for end-user devices including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Assist users with software installations, configurations, and updates.
  • Maintain documentation of support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Enhance user experience by providing timely and effective support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a support role, preferably as an L1 EUC Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows operating systems.
  • Familiarity with mobile platforms and device management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT support or a similar role.
