About this role
Our client is seeking a skilled and service-oriented Support Engineer to join their End-User Computing (EUC) team. In this role, you will provide support for end-user computing environments, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. You will be instrumental in supporting end-user devices, resolving technical issues, and enhancing the overall user experience across a hybrid environment of macOS, Windows, and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support for end-user devices including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Assist users with software installations, configurations, and updates.
- Maintain documentation of support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Enhance user experience by providing timely and effective support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a support role, preferably as an L1 EUC Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with mobile platforms and device management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT support or a similar role.
