As a Staff Data Analyst, you will support multiple business and engineering teams by delivering advanced data analyses, reporting, and data visualization solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business questions, translate requirements into analytical approaches, and communicate insights in a clear and structured way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct advanced data analyses to support business decision-making.
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards that provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand their analytical needs.
- Create reusable tools and processes for data preparation and analysis.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience:
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
