Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define user requirements and create design solutions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Ensure consistency in design across all products and platforms, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve user experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a software or technology environment.
- Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and defend design decisions.
