Our client is seeking a skilled Sr. Portal Developer to join their remote team. In this role, you will lead a team focused on the design and development of Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Pages solutions. You will be responsible for configuring, developing, and thoroughly testing self-service portals using the Power Pages system, ensuring alignment with user stories defined in an Agile Backlog process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a CE & Power Pages Design & Development team as a hands-on developer.
- Configure and develop self-service portals based on user requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the CE CRM Architect and team members to design and implement CE CRM and Portal solutions.
- Ensure seamless responsiveness and functionality of the portals.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the overall team dynamics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Power Pages and CE CRM solutions.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders effectively.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in portal development and CRM solutions.
