Our client is seeking a Senior PHP Developer for a 6-month contract position based in Bangalore with a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in PHP and experience with various frameworks such as Laravel, Yii, and CodeIgniter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using PHP frameworks.
- Implement and manage RESTful APIs and ensure adherence to MVC architecture.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in PHP and experience with frameworks like Laravel, Yii, and CodeIgniter.
- Solid understanding of web development principles and OOP concepts.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with database management systems like MySQL.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Experience:
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in PHP development.
