Our client is seeking an experienced Multimedia & eLearning Developer to join their Learning & Development team. This role combines visual design expertise with technical eLearning development to produce high-quality learning assets and interactive courses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging eLearning content using advanced eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Captivate.
- Create visually appealing graphics and animations using Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Design and implement interactive learning experiences that enhance learner engagement.
- Conduct quality assurance testing on eLearning modules to ensure functionality and usability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).
- Advanced knowledge of eLearning development tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate).
- Strong skills in animation and motion design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in multimedia design and eLearning development.
