About this role
Our client is seeking a Software Engineer - UI on a contract basis. This role is a full-stack engineering position focused on building scalable, AI-enabled product capabilities within a mature technology ecosystem. You will play a crucial role in contributing to frontend development using TypeScript and Angular, while also working on backend services in Java.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain user interfaces using TypeScript and Angular.
- Implement backend services with Java to support frontend applications.
- Collaborate with platform, data, and product teams to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in TypeScript and Angular for frontend development.
- Strong experience with Java for backend services.
- Exposure to Python or Golang is highly valued.
- Familiarity with scalable architecture and AI-enabled product development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in software engineering, with a focus on UI development.
