Our client is seeking a skilled Software Engineer II with a focus on frontend development to join their Digital Team. In this role, you will contribute to enhancing customer experience through innovative cloud contact center software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality user interfaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement responsive web applications using modern frontend technologies.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into functional user interfaces.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS; experience with frameworks such as React or Angular is a plus.
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in frontend development.
