Our client is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 5 to 7 years of experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration and configuration of ServiceNow instances, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer the ServiceNow instance, including delegation of groups and modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, and catalog items.
- Configure and optimize workflows within the ServiceNow platform to enhance operational efficiency.
- Resolve ad hoc challenges and provide solutions to improve system performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement necessary changes.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to ensure the platform is leveraged effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Node.js and its integration with ServiceNow.
- Proficient in ServiceNow administration and development.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience:
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
