Our client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow FSO (Financial Services Operations) Consultant to support digital transformation initiatives within the banking and financial services sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in ServiceNow platform development, workflow automation, and banking operations processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform tailored for financial services.
- Automate workflows to enhance operational efficiency and improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide guidance on best practices for ServiceNow implementation within the financial services domain.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to maximize platform utilization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in ServiceNow development and configuration, particularly in Financial Services Operations.
- Strong understanding of banking operations processes and industry standards.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript and knowledge of ServiceNow modules.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow consulting or a related field.
