Our client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst with strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM processes and business analysis. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, process owners, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and ensure the successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
- Analyze and map current ITSM processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and validate requirements.
- Work with technical teams to translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Support the testing and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users post-implementation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules and best practices.
- Proven experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in business analysis, specifically within ServiceNow environments.
