Our client is seeking a motivated Service Desk Analyst L0 on a contract basis to join their team in Mumbai. This role is crucial for providing first-level support to users and ensuring a seamless experience with IT services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems to higher support levels when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of user interactions and support requests in the ticketing system.
- Assist in the onboarding of new employees by setting up accounts and providing necessary training on IT systems.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and user satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of ITIL processes and service desk operations.
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as common software applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools is a plus.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in a service desk or technical support role.
