About this role

Our client is seeking a motivated Service Desk Analyst L0 on a contract basis to join their team in Mumbai. This role is crucial for providing first-level support to users and ensuring a seamless experience with IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems to higher support levels when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of user interactions and support requests in the ticketing system.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new employees by setting up accounts and providing necessary training on IT systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and user satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of ITIL processes and service desk operations.
  • Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as common software applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools is a plus.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a service desk or technical support role.
