About this role
Our client is seeking a Service Desk Analyst L0 on a contract basis to join their team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing first-level support to users, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate complex problems to higher-level support.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Assist in the onboarding of new users by setting up accounts and providing necessary training.
- Maintain knowledge base articles and update documentation as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of ITIL principles and service desk operations.
- Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in a service desk or technical support role is preferred.
