Our client is seeking a Salesforce Service Cloud Solution Consultant who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing customer service solutions on the Salesforce Service Cloud platform. This role requires a blend of requirements management and mapping them to service cloud features to enable effective builds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Design and implement Service Cloud solutions that meet client needs.
- Optimize existing Service Cloud implementations for better performance.
- Work closely with architects, developers, and delivery teams to ensure alignment with enterprise service processes.
- Provide client-facing support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Strong understanding of customer service processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Salesforce certifications related to Service Cloud are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce consulting or a related field, with at least 3 years focused on Service Cloud solutions.
