About this role

Our client is seeking a Salesforce Service Cloud Solution Consultant who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing customer service solutions on the Salesforce Service Cloud platform. This role requires a blend of requirements management and mapping them to service cloud features to enable effective builds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Design and implement Service Cloud solutions that meet client needs.
  • Optimize existing Service Cloud implementations for better performance.
  • Work closely with architects, developers, and delivery teams to ensure alignment with enterprise service processes.
  • Provide client-facing support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of customer service processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Salesforce certifications related to Service Cloud are a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce consulting or a related field, with at least 3 years focused on Service Cloud solutions.
