You will work closely with development and product teams to streamline testing processes and enhance test coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications using frameworks like Selenium, Appium, or similar.
- Collaborate with developers to understand application functionality and design effective test cases.
- Design and implement test automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with the team to resolve issues.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in test automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in software testing and test automation.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with test management tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
