The Senior Technical Support Engineer will play a crucial role in providing top-tier support and solutions to clients, ensuring their cybersecurity needs are met effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced technical support for XDR/XSIAM products and solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues reported by clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance and reliability.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Train and mentor junior support engineers on best practices and technical skills.
- Engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in technical support, with a focus on cybersecurity solutions.
- Strong knowledge of XDR/XSIAM technologies and related security frameworks.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting networking, system, and application issues.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
