About this role

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Analyst specializing in Oracle Cloud SCM, particularly in Logistics & Fulfillment and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and Oracle Fusion SCM, and will be responsible for supporting and optimizing transportation and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and improve existing logistics and fulfillment processes using Oracle Cloud SCM.
  • Provide technical support for Oracle Transportation Management and Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of logistics operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Cloud SCM applications.
  • Develop and implement best practices for logistics and supply chain management.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud SCM, particularly OTM and WMS.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Experience:

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in Oracle Cloud SCM and logistics management.
