Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement data integration solutions using Talend.
- Architect data workflows and ETL processes to ensure efficient data handling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Optimize existing Talend jobs for performance and scalability.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Talend, including Talend Open Studio and Talend Data Integration.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Proficiency in SQL and database technologies such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience:
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in data integration and architecture.
