Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and translate them into testing strategies.
- Identify, record, and track defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
- Perform regression testing and ensure that new features do not adversely affect existing functionalities.
- Implement automated testing frameworks and tools to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit).
- Familiarity with AI technologies and voice recognition systems is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
