Our client is seeking a Senior Developer & Technical Project Manager to take ownership of development across their web applications and SaaS products. In this role, you will be responsible for building new features, reviewing and improving existing code, managing technical projects, and ensuring that systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with the company's long-term vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement new features for web applications and SaaS products.
- Review and enhance existing code to improve performance and maintainability.
- Manage technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate with leadership and non-technical team members to translate technical concepts into clear direction.
- Ensure systems are secure and scalable, adhering to best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in web development with proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a technical environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with software development best practices and methodologies.
- Experience with cloud services and deployment strategies is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in software development and project management roles.
