Our client is seeking a versatile Senior Brand, Visual, UI/UX Designer to join their creative team on a contract basis. This role requires a modern designer with strong visual and web design expertise, proficient in industry-standard tools, and capable of staying ahead of the curve with emerging design technologies and AI-powered workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually compelling designs that enhance user experience.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms.
- Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design solutions into projects.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to enhance team skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and responsive design principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
- Experience with design systems and creating scalable design solutions.
