Our client is seeking a skilled Security Engineer specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA). In this role, you will be instrumental in safeguarding our cloud-based platforms, data, and analytics that serve Property and Casualty insurers globally. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement IAM and IGA solutions to enhance security and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish secure access controls and policies.
- Monitor and analyze access logs to identify and respond to potential security incidents.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to ensure adherence to security best practices.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to IAM/IGA processes and policies.
- Provide guidance and training to teams on security protocols and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with IAM and IGA tools and technologies.
- Proficiency in cloud security principles and practices.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to data protection and privacy.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in security engineering, with a focus on IAM and IGA.
