Our client is seeking a Software Development Engineer (SDE) to join their Worldwide Returns and ReCommerce (WWR&R) team. This agile and innovative organization is dedicated to achieving 'zero' in returns, costs, and product waste, benefiting customers, the company, and the environment. As an SDE, you will play a crucial role in developing products that drive operational excellence and contribute to the mission of eliminating defects that cause returns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions to support the WWR&R mission.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues impacting product returns.
- Implement innovative features that enhance customer experience and streamline return processes.
- Analyze data and metrics to drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
- Experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and agile practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with data analysis and metrics-driven decision-making.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in software development, preferably in e-commerce or logistics.
