Key Responsibilities:
- Provide functional support for SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) modules.
- Handle day-to-day incidents, troubleshooting, and service requests efficiently.
- Support business users by resolving SAP PM-related issues promptly.
- Participate in implementation and support activities across various SAP PM projects.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an SAP PM Functional Support Consultant.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance modules and functionalities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with business users and stakeholders.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP PM functional support or related roles.
