About this role
Our client is seeking a skilled SAP HCM Developer Consultant to join their HR Technology team on a fixed-term basis for 6 months. This role is based in Chennai, India, and focuses on the development, enhancement, and maintenance of SAP HCM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong ABAP development expertise and hands-on experience with Personnel Administration and Payroll modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance SAP HCM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Support the maintenance of existing SAP HCM applications.
- Build scalable integrations and reporting solutions that support HR and payroll operations.
- Collaborate with HR teams to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP HCM modules.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in ABAP programming language.
- Hands-on experience with SAP HCM Personnel Administration and Payroll modules.
- Familiarity with integration tools and reporting solutions within SAP.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in SAP HCM development and support.
