About this role
Our client is seeking an experienced SAP Cloud ALM Support & Operations Consultant for a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension. This role is fully remote and is part of a large-scale SAP transformation programme. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Cloud ALM and be ready to contribute to the project immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support and operations for SAP Cloud ALM, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Cloud ALM.
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of SAP Cloud ALM tools.
- Document processes and maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM functionalities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with SAP Cloud ALM, ideally in a support or operations capacity.
- Strong understanding of SAP transformation projects and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with remote working tools and practices.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in SAP Cloud ALM support and operations.
