Our client is seeking a skilled SAP Business Analyst specializing in User Administration, Roles & Privileges. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive access roles and system security concept that adheres to both internal and external regulations, utilizing SAP and IT Governance Best Practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement user access roles and security measures within SAP systems.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations regarding system security.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define user access needs.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of user roles and privileges to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Provide training and support to end-users regarding access management and security protocols.
- Stay updated on SAP best practices and industry trends related to user administration and security.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in SAP user administration, roles, and privileges management.
- Strong understanding of SAP security concepts and IT governance frameworks.
- Proficient in SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
