Our client is seeking an experienced SAP BASIS Consultant for a remote contract opportunity supporting a global client program. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP BASIS administration experience and a proven ability to support system operations, troubleshoot issues, and deliver projects effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer SAP BASIS environments, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular health checks to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Support system upgrades, patches, and installations in line with project timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and integration.
- Provide troubleshooting support for SAP systems and related components.
- Document processes, procedures, and system configurations for future reference.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in SAP BASIS administration and support.
- Proficiency in system monitoring and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with SAP landscape management and system migrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in SAP BASIS roles.
