About this role
Our client is seeking an experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant to support AMS (Application Management Services) engagements for global manufacturing clients. This role focuses on providing L2/L3 support, incident and problem management, minor enhancements, and continuous improvement in an ITIL and SLA-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP PP and QM modules.
- Resolve incidents, service requests, and problems in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement minor enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and SLA requirements.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in support processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in SAP PP and QM modules.
- Proficient in incident management and problem resolution.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and service management best practices.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in SAP support roles.
